Abstract
The general purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of pilot projects in the border areas of Golestan province with emphasis on the village of Gonbad Kavous. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and the statistical population of this study is all the heads of households living in Turk village of Gonbad Kavous city (3189 households) who using Cochran's formula 380 people to نمونه As a sample, they were selected and measured by simple random sampling method. The apparent validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by relevant experts and its reliability was confirmed by performing a pre-test and calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.84). Statistical analysis of research data was performed using software package (SPSS) and tests of factor analysis and correlation analysis. In order to measure the factors affecting the satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of the master plan, using the factor-analysis model, 23 variables in the form of four components (الب physical-infrastructure, economic ‌ ‌ social and environmental) tested Were located. The results of the factor analysis test show that the physical-infrastructural dimension (with a variance of 20.94% of the specific value) as the most important factor and the economic dimension (with a variance of 18.84% of the specific value), bio ‌Environmental (with a variance of 16.80% of the specific value) and social (with a variance of 14.53% of the specific value); In total, 71.11% of the total variance shows the level of satisfaction of villagers with the implementation of master plans in various dimensions. Also, the results of factor rotation by Varimax method show that out of 27 variables included in the exploratory factor analysis, only 23 variables that had a factor load of more than half a percent remained.
