چکیده

چکیده
با حفاظت، باززنده‌سازی و استقرار حیات در بافت‌های باارزش روستایی امکان بازشناسی فرهنگ‌های بومی و محلی میسر می‌شود و از این راه انتقال تجارب فرهنگی تحقق می‌یابد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی بهینه برنامه‌ریزی توسعه بافت‌های با ارزش روستایی جهت توسعه گردشگری با تاکید بر گردشگری روستایی دهستان سُه شهرستان شاهین شهر و میمه است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 32 نفر از کارشناسان دارای تخصص مرتبط و نمونه آماری برابر با کل جامعه آماری است. ابزار گردآوری داده پرسشنامه‌ای دو قسمتی شامل 36 گویه در قسمت بافت با ارزش و 28 گویه در قسمت توسعه گردشگری روستایی است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم‌‌‌افزارهایspss22  و Smart PLS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که به طور کلی برنامه‌ریزی توسعه بافت‌های با ارزش روستایی بر توسعه گردشگری تاثیر مثبت دارد. در این میان شاخص‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و کالبدی بر توسعه گردشگری اثرگذار است. علاوه بر این، شاخص کالبدی بیشترین تاثیر و شاخص اجتماعی کمترین تاثیر را بر توسعه گردشگری داشته است.

Abstract
By protecting, regenerating and establishing life in valuable rural fabric, it will be possible to recognize indigenous and local cultures. In this way, the transfer of cultural experiences will realize. The purpose of this study is to provide an optimal planning model for the development of valuable rural textures for tourism development with emphasis on rural tourism in Soh rural district of Shahinshahr and Meimeh city. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of the study include 32 relevant experts.  The entire statistical population have considered as a statistical sample. The data collection tool is a questionnaire which is divided into two sections: valuable textures section with 36 items and rural tourism development section with 28 items. To analyze the collected data structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis test have been adopted by using AMOS and SPSS-22 software. The results show that in general, planning for the development of valuable rural textures has an positive impact on tourism development. Furthermore, the economic, social, and physical indexes have influenced tourism development. Moreover, the physical index has the most impact on tourism development and the social index has the least impact on tourism development
