چکیده
رویکرد شهر شاد از نگاه های نو در ادبیات معاصر شهرسازی و بیانگر ادراک مثبت افراد از مکانی است که در آن حضور دارند. بررسی ادبیات نظری حوزه شادی و شهر نشانگر آن است که علی رغم اهمیت مشخصات شهر بر شکل گیری احساسات شهروندان، نقش مؤلفه های شهرسازی و سیاست گذاری های شهری در آفرینش شادی کمتر کاویده شده است. نگاه به داده های جهانی نشانگر وضعیت نامناسب ایران در زمینه شادی است که بخشی از این وضعیت را می توان در کیفیت شهر و فضاهای شهری و زمینه های بروز شادمانی در این فضاها جستجو کرد. هدف این نوشتار بازشناسی رویکرد شهر شاد از تحلیل راهبردها، اصول راهنما و اقدامات انجام شده در مطالعات نظری و تجارب جهانی حوزه شهر شاد است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که مهم ترین مفاهیم اثرگذار بر شادی شهری مفاهیم سیاست گذاری های کلان جامعه، ابعاد کالبدی، ابعاد کیفیت فضای شهری و کیفیت زندگی است که در سه سطح کلان ملی، سطح میانی مدیریت شهری و سطح خرد ارتقاء کیفیت فضاهای شهری محقق می شود.

Recognition the Concept of a happy city Based on Global Experiences and documents

چکیده English

The approach of the happy city from new perspectives in the contemporary literature of urban planning and expression of perception. Despite the significant effect of urban environment characteristics on citizens’ emotions, urban design components and urban policies have been less explored. According to the global data, Iran ranks unfavorably in the area of happiness, and part of this is related to the quality of urban spaces and the occurrence of happiness there. This article seeks to identify the concept of a happy city by analyzing strategies, guiding principles, and actions conducted in theoretical studies and global experiences. The results of this research show that the most important concepts affecting urban happiness are the concepts of macro-society policies, physical aspects, quality of urban space and quality of life, which are realized at three national macro levels, middle levels of urban management, and micro levels of improving urban quality.
