مروری سیستماتیک بر نقش حاکمیت در ارتقاء شادی شهروندان

چکیده
امروزه روند فزایند های از مطالعات اجتماعی به بررسی و ارزیابی ارتباط تصمیمات سیاست گذاری های عمومی و الگوی حاکمیت شهری بر کیفیت زندگی و شادی شهروندان پرداخته اند. حکومت خوب همواره یکی از معیارهای کلیدی اثرگذار بر شادی شهروندان شناخته شده و بهترین جوامع با میزان شادی و خوشبختی شهروندان ارزیابی شده اند. محدودیت مطالعات در این حوزه و وضعیت بحرانی شادی شهروندان ایرانی در آمارها و گزارش های جهانی شادی، نشانگر اهمیت توجه به این مسئله می باشد. این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی معیارهای اثرگذار حکومت بر شادی شهروندان مبتنی بر مرور سیستماتیک در پایگاه های داده , Google Taylor and Francis, science direct Scholar, Sage در بازه زمانی سال‌های 2000 تا 2022 انجام شده است. در مجموع 402 مقاله مرتبط شناسایی شده که پس از بررسی دقیق و تفصیلی مقالات در نهایت 35 مقاله شناسایی و طبقه بندی شدند. یافته ها نشانگر اهمیت و اثرگذاری کیفیت های سیاست گذاری- حقوقی، اقتصادی- مالی، عملکردی و اجتماعی بر شادی شهروندان می باشد، مؤلفه های دموکراسی، آزادی، عدالت و اعتماد اجتماعی، مشارکت شهروندان در فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری و در نظر گرفتن سیاست های شادی شهروندان دارای بالاترین فراوانی در مطالعات می باشد. یافته های این پژوهش می تواند سیاست گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری و حکومتی را در مسیرارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و شادی شهروندان یاری نماید.

A Systematic Review of the Government Factors Affecting Citizen’s Happiness

In recent years, an increasing number of social studies have investigated and evaluated how public policy decisions and urban governance impact citizens’ quality of life and happiness. Historically, good governance has been regarded as a key factor affecting citizens’ happiness, and the best societies are often judged by their citizens’ level of happiness. Due to the limited number of studies in this field and the critical state of happiness among Iranian citizens, this issue requires attention. The research was conducted based on a systematic review of Google Scholar, Sage, Taylor, and Francis, and science direct databases from 2000 to 2022 with an aim of identifying the government factors affecting the happiness of citizens. In total, 402 related articles were identified, and a review and classification process was conducted after each article was carefully examined and thoroughly reviewed. According to the findings of the study, political-legal, economic-financial, functional, and social dimensions contribute to citizens’ happiness, while democracy, freedom, justice, and social trust, citizens’ participation in decision-making processes, and considering happiness policies were the most frequently used indicators. The findings show the importance of democracy, justice, and social trust indicators. The findings of this research can help policymakers and metropolitan and government planners improve citizens’ quality of life and happiness.
