چکیده

این پژوهش مربوط به ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های زیبایی محیط بر کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی در منطقۀ عظیمیۀ شهر کرج است. چهار مؤلفۀ کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی و چهارده مؤلفۀ زیبایی محیط برگزیده شده‌اند. در مرحلۀ بعد ارتباط این دو دسته متغییر‌ها و وضعیت آن‌ها در سطح منطقه ارزیابی شده است. روش پژوهشْ توصیفی- پیمایشی است. چک‌لیستی از مؤلفه‌ها تنظیم شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و برای رتبه‌بندی محله‌ها از تکنیک رتبه‌بندی وایکور استفاده شده است. شاخص‌های تعیین‌شدۀ کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی شهری با استفاده از شاخص KMO مقداری بالاتر از 0.7 و مؤلفه‌های زیباشناسی بصری شهر مقداری بالاتر از 0.8 را کسب کرده‌اند و مقدار پایایی گویه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.702 بوده است. برای تحلیل رابطۀ مؤلفه‌ها کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی از آزمون همبستگی و برای تحلیل فرضیۀ مربوط به وجود تفاوت معنا‌دار بین مؤلفه‌ها، با توجه به طبیعی نبودن داده‌ها، از آزمون کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. در مرحلۀ بعد با استفاده از تکنیک رتبه‌بندی ویکور، محله‌های سیزده‌گانه براساس متغیر‌های کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی و زیباشناسی بصری رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند. در محیط GIS لایۀ اطلاعاتی مربوط به شاخص‌ها تشکیل و نقشه‌های توزیع فضایی ترسیم شود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین مؤلفه‌های کیفیت فضا‌های عمومی و زیبایی محیط در سطح منطقۀ موردمطالعه وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رتبه‌بندی نشان می‌‌دهد که در محله‌هایی که میزان مؤلفه‌های زیبایی در سطح پایینی قرار دارند (محله: تپۀ مرادآب، خیابان ایزدپناه، حسین‌آباد)، کیفیت محیطی کمتر در نتیجه وضعیت کیفیت منظر شهری و رفاه بصری کمتری دارند. در مقابل محله‌های خیابان مهران، خیابان اسبی و خیابان رسالت از منظر کیفیت محیط و زیبایی نمای شهری در وضعیتی خوبی قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

This research is related to the evaluation of the components of the beauty of the environment on the quality of public spaces in the Azimieh area of Karaj city. Four components of the quality of public spaces and fourteen components of the beauty of the environment have been selected. In the next step, the relationship between these two categories of variables and their situation at the regional level has been evaluated. The research method is descriptive-survey. A checklist of components was prepared. SPSS software was used for data analysis and Vaycor ranking technique was used to rank neighborhoods. The determined indicators of the quality of urban public spaces using the KMO index have obtained a value higher than 0.7 and the components of visual aesthetics of the city have obtained a value higher than 0.8, and the reliability value of the items using Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been 0.702. The correlation test was used to analyze the relationship between the components of the quality of public spaces, and the Kruskal-Wallis test was used to analyze the hypothesis related to the existence of a significant difference between the components, due to the non-normality of the data. In the next step, using the Vicor ranking technique, the thirteen neighborhoods were ranked based on the quality variables of public spaces and visual aesthetics. In the GIS environment, the information layer related to the indicators should be formed and spatial distribution maps should be drawn. The results of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the components of the quality of public spaces and the beauty of the environment at the level of the studied area. Also, the ranking results show that in neighborhoods with low levels of beauty components (neighborhood: Moradab Hill, Izadpanah St., Hosseinabad), they have lower environmental quality as a result of urban landscape quality and visual well-being. In contrast, the neighborhoods of Mehran Street, Esbi Street and Resalat Street are in a good condition in terms of the quality of the environment and the beauty of the city view.
